Services and scope
Every AI employee is defined in writing (scope, price and timeline) in a proposal before any deposit. Whatever is not in the written proposal is not part of the scope.
Payments
The AI Receptionist has a published price on the main page; the other employees are quoted per proposal. Monthly fees are defined in the written proposal. The transformation diagnostic is billed at $250 an hour and credited toward the project if we move forward.
Guarantee
For the AI Receptionist: installed and answering in 14 days, or you do not pay for installation. Written guarantee terms are delivered before any deposit and they govern. If your phone number requires A2P carrier registration, that process takes 1 to 3 weeks, Behike handles it, and it does not count against the 14 days.
Ownership and data
The configuration built for your business belongs to you as defined in the proposal. Your operational information (prices, schedules, procedures) is yours and is not shared with third parties.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Behike LLC, Puerto Rico. behike.ai is a product line of Behike.
